We all want it in every sphere of life be it family and personal life, like super intelligent kids, perfect workplace, where nothing goes wrong or even surgery for that matter, where you make the patient as beautiful as possible with your surgical skill... Fact remains that it never happens and we keep trying all the time maybe till we die...
