Interesting pitosis

The other day a guy landed in my clinic and wanted to ask me about the pitosis. He had droopy and sleepy eyes. This was just one of his problems. More importantly he had read a lot of things about ptosis on the internet and considered himself well educated on this topic and this was his problem. He knew too much!!

He had read about the surgeries and even seen them on the net. The fact still remains that every human body is not the same, the human body is the most complicated creation in this world. The doctor spends years trying to understand this unique creation of God and the more he understands, the more he realizes that he knows less of the human body..Well that is what experience does to a doctor. He knows what he should not be doing and what are the limitations of surgery.

One must realize that the net is not the source of all information and most of the times it is misguiding. There are too many negative aspects depicted. It is a well known fact that most of the times the good is easily forgotten and the bad remembered. It is important to remember that every one is unique and the results of treatment vary with each person. Hence it is important to have an open mind and have faith on both the doctor and on God.
